Embedded in engineering teams at E.ON, Allianz, Volkswagen, Bundesdruckerei, Nelly Solutions, and Telefonica. I take over backlog, discovery, and operating rhythm and stay until the team runs on its own.

At E.ON, I consolidated six monitoring tools into one OpenTelemetry platform. At Allianz, I built developer self-service with built-in compliance — cloud provisioning went from over a year to weeks. At Volkswagen, I built the commerce backbone for five brands — 1M+ users with real-time pricing and live inventory.

Before that, six years at Capgemini and Erminas, where I learned the fundamentals: software engineering, systems design, and delivery across fintech, retail, insurance, and aerospace. I studied welding engineering, computer science, health economics, and machine learning — research at four universities across Hamburg, Copenhagen, San Diego, and the University of Federal Armed Forces.
